Can I return items after 7 days?
Regrettably, returns are only accepted within 7 days of purchase. This ensures timely assessment and resolution. After this period, accurate product evaluation becomes challenging.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?
If your item is potentially defective or faulty, and it's been less than 7days since your purchase, simply return the item. Elevate will cover the return shipping costs if a defective or faulty product is delivered.

How do I return a physical store purchase?
