Refund Policy

At Elevate, customer satisfaction is our priority. All returns and refunds are reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us with any concerns about their order. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Elevate unless the product is defective or incorrect, and refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
